What You Need

2.5oz SOTO Junmai sake

Barspoon yuzu or lime juice

Topped with 2oz ginger beer

Garnish – Candied ginger or lime wedge

Glassware – Highball, Rocks, or Mule Mug

The Method

Build in a highball glass over ice, stir first 2 ingredients, add ginger beer, give a quick stir and garnish.
