What You Need

2.5oz SOTO Junmai sake

.25oz Yuzu juice

.75oz Cranberry

.5oz Dry Curacao or Curacao simple syrup 1:1

Garnish – Orange twist

Glassware Coupe or Nic&Nora

The Method

Add all ingredients over ice and shake to chill. Strain into a chilled glass.
