2oz coconut water
4oz citrus soda like Fever Tree Yuzu

1 part SOTO, 1 part coconut water, 2 parts soda
Garnish – Lemon twist
Glassware – Highball
Add all ingredients except citrus soda to a highball glass or SOTO Junmai can with ice, stir to combine and top with citrus soda.
