What You Need
2.5oz SOTO Junmai Daiginjo Sake
.5oz gin
.25oz yuzu
.25oz simple syrup (mint or thyme syrup optional)
1oz sparkling wine
Garnish – Lemon twist Glassware –C.Flute
The Method
Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into a flute, wine glass or coupe and top with sparkling wine.
