This cocktail is an airy and elegant expression that offers a sharp, clean palate and a refined, citrus-laced finish.

What You Need

3oz SOTO Junmai sake (Cucumber infused)

.5oz verjus or squeeze of lemon

2oz grapefruit sparkling water

Garnish – Grapefruit twist
Glassware C.Flute

The Method

Add all ingredients except grapefruit sparkling water to a mixing glass over ice and stir well to chill. Strain into a flute and top with grapefruit sparkling water.
