What You Need
2.5oz SOTO Junmai Ginjo
½ a Lime
2 tsp Sugar
Muddle Sugar and Lime
*Optional splash of cachaca
Garnish – Lime wedge
Glassware – Tumbler
The Method
Muddle half a lime cut into wedges with 2 barspoons of sugar to release juices and oils, add ice and sake, and stir to incorporate and chill.
