What You Need
2.5oz SOTO Junmai Daiginjo Sake
.25oz Fennel syrup
1 barspoon (1/8oz) Pasubio Amaro (lighter, less bitter alpine style of amaro, however other types work great too).
Garnish – Cucumber slice
Glassware –Tumbler
The Method
Add all ingredients over ice and stir to chill. Strain over a big cube.
