What You Need
3oz SOTO Junmai sake (Cucumber infused)
.5oz verjus or squeeze of lemon
2oz grapefruit sparkling water
Garnish – Grapefruit twist Glassware –C.Flute
The Method
Add all ingredients except grapefruit sparkling water to a mixing glass over ice and stir well to chill. Strain into a flute and top with grapefruit sparkling water.
