What You Need
3oz Cucumber-infused SOTO Junmai Daiginjo Sake
.5oz verjus
.25oz ginger syrup
Infuse cucumber in sake for 30 min or muddle or blend for quicker result and more green color.
Garnish – Cucumber fan
Glassware –Martini glass
The Method
Add all ingredients over ice and stir to chill. Strain into a martini glass.
